                               CCDGS COLLECTOR'S FEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The Collector’s Fest’s hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Set-up time is 5:00 AM.   Dealers will not be permitted to break down their booth until at least 4:00 PM.   Any Dealer who starts to break down prior to this time will not be invited back. 

2. Dealer Packets will be provided to participating dealers by a member of the Crescent City Depression Glass Society during the morning of the Fest.  Packets will include a Dealer Identification Badge indicating your name and business name, if any, and a trash bag.  Please wear your Identification Badge for the convenience of CCDGS chairpersons, customers and officials.

3. Dealers are responsible for collecting 8.75% state and local sales taxes.  A representative of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's office will distribute the parish sales tax (4.75%) forms during the early morning of the Fest.  Jefferson Parish sales tax should be mailed in a timely manner.  In order to report the state sales tax, each dealer is responsible to register with the State of Louisiana for a “Tax Number.”  Information for registration and application form is available upon request.  You are advised to register at the soonest possible time as it will take several months to be assigned a number.

4. Each dealer is responsible for keeping their space(s) and surrounding aisles clear and free from trash.  Boxes and packing material should be kept under tables and/or out of sight.  Booth spaces should be left clean upon departure – a trash bag will be provided in the Dealer Packet.

5. All electrical cords and/or extensions must be taped down and secured throughout the Fest.
6. The CCDGS Club will not be responsible for injuries to persons or damage to merchandise.
7. No overnight accommodations on the premises are provided.

8. Dealers are welcome to bring their own food and refreshments.  No alcoholic beverages, please.
9. Dealers are responsible for their own displays and tables.
10. Confirmation letters will be sent to each dealer prior to the Fest.
